You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of your order being delivered.

  • Perfume bottles must be in unused condition, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
  • Original packaging must be intact and unmarked.

💸 Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged during delivery).

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made within the same 14-day window.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Two-way courier charges apply for exchanges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🚫 Exceptions

  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Do not spray or use the perfume if you plan to return or exchange.
